Setting Custom Billboard Content

There are many Billboards scattered throughout most Cities WeR Experiences. They are
grouped into multiple groups and differ from the three sizes Square, Wide and Ultra Wide. Make sure your individual billboards match the specifications.

IMPORTANT Billboards can only be changed if you purchased an additional license for billboard customization.

Billboard Specifications

• File format: .jpg / .png
• Square
  • Format: 1:1
  • Recommended Resolution: 1024 x 1024px
• Wide
  • Format: 2:1
  • Recommended Resolution: 2048 x 1024px
• Ultra Wide
  • Format: 4:1
  • Recommended Resolution: 4096 x 1024px

There are several groups for each ratio. Each billboard in a group will be populated with the same image:

How to Change Billboard content

1. In the Birdly Controller open the settings instance you wish to change the billboards for.
2. Find the settings called BillboardGroups Size_GroupN and click the Arrow To Expand it. Double Click the "Filepath" to set a new custom image for that group
3. Click on "Browse" and select the image file you wish to use. Save the changes with "Apply"
4. click "Apply to save your new Settings

How to change the Billboards in the Experience

1	In the Birdly Controller open the settings instance you wish to change the billboards for. If you have not created any settings instances yet open the "Default" instance by double clicking on it
2	Find the settings called BillboardGroups Size_GroupN and click the Arrow To Expand it. Double Click the "Filepath" to set a new custom image for that group. Note: The names might differ from experience to experience. If there are billboards involved you should be able to find a "Billboard" setting with a "Filepath"
3	Click on "Browse" and select the image file you wish to use. Save the changes with "Apply"
4	Click "Apply to save your new Settings
